Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly do so through the contact form on the website with as much notice as possible. This helps me manage my schedule, especially as I run this business alongside a full-time job.

Late Arrivals

If you're running late, please notify me via text message or phone call. If you arrive too late, I may not be able to accommodate you, especially if I have other clients booked after you. In such cases, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and fees may still apply.

No-Shows & Payments

A valid card is required at the time of booking. No-shows will be charged in full. Payments are processed online for your convenience.
